Your tasks: a+ jobs

You are responsible for the implementation of the operational reporting / information process as part of the fault clearance and change process for centrally managed telecommunications applications and GSM-R services at the interface between telecommunications operations and the user / customer in 24/7 service

You are involved in working (changing) on ​​the telecommunications network

You ensure the flow of information with the results of the rail operations impact analysis to the affected departments in the event of TK disruptions

Your tasks also include the tool-supported documentation of all activities at the interface to the user / customer for the telecommunications operation

You record and evaluate the displayed malfunction reports by the user / customer for the subsequent fault clearance by the central telecommunications network monitoring and operations management

In addition, it is your responsibility to ensure communication in the event of TK disruptions with critical effects on rail operations

Your profile:

Ideally, you have successfully completed your training as a communications technician or railway business economist or have completed technical training with relevant professional experience in the telecommunications sector

You are well versed in dealing with standard software and PCs (e.g. MS Office)

You are characterized by the ability to work in a team, a high level of commitment and communication skills, initiative, customer orientation as well as quality and cost awareness

You are ready to develop yourself further and to acquire the necessary knowledge of the tools used and processes in network operation

You can solve problems independently, even in stressful situations

You speak German business fluently and you have knowledge of the English language
